A great way to start the day is with a Purple Power Smoothie (yes it looks kinda choclatie)! If you want a richer drink, just substitute coconut water for almond milk.
Ingredients
Hand full of ice cubes
½ banana
Handful of spinach
1 cup of coconut water (or filtered water)
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon of blueberry powder
1 tablespoon of Lucuma powder
Put all the ingredients into a Nutribullet/Blender, and blend until smooth. And that's it.
